About Dow in Italy

Dow in Italy

Dow was established in Italy in 1960. As a key player of the local chemical industry, Dow can count on a solid structure with its headquarters in Milan, a global R&D center in Correggio for Polyurethanes and four industrial production sites: Correggio (Polyurethanes systems), Mozzanica (Water-based acrylic emulsions), Mozzate (Polyurethanes and specialty resins for the production of adhesives), Parona (Polyester resin adhesives). At Dow, diversity and inclusion are inherent in our work environment. We value the differing experiences, backgrounds and perspectives among our employees, and draw from those differences to fuel innovation. We are committed to building a vibrant, diverse and talented employee base - and helping each employee grow and develop as part of Dow's inclusive global community. Meet your future colleague

What I have learned so far from working at Dow is to be curious about the things surrounding you; understand the strategy behind and the reason why a decision has been made.
