The exclusive Dow Industrial Innovation Program is designed for Masters’ students eager to have real impact on the consumer market. Selected students will have the opportunity during 9-12 months to work on challenging projects looking at the fundamentals of polymers and adhesives used in automotive, hygiene and packaging products. Program participants will also sharpen their profile with soft skill training and management expertise, aiming to prepare them for Research & Development or Technical Service & Development roles within Dow’s businesses.

The MDP is an intensive learning program that supports a marketing specialist on the job developing business and driving commercial strategies. Candidates identify new opportunities by mapping various markets and implementing go-to-market strategies with digital technologies. They also get direct feedback and guidance, and connect with a vibrant team spread across the region, in preparation for a career in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent, in Technical/Chemistry/Engineering or Marketing/Business/Economics, preferably both

The Marketing Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a program for Dow’s next generation of marketers. Tasked with developing a key industry spanning multiple Business units for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI) Marketing Leadership Team, experienced candidates work closely with Marketing Directors for direct feedback to assess opportunities, construct a strategy and execute a full marketing mix.
Qualifications: Master's Degree or equivalent, in Technical/Chemistry/Engineering or Marketing/Business/Economics, preferably both; MBA an asset.Apply to the Program

Can you change the world for better? Yes, you can! Through our rotational program you will collaborate on exploratory and business driven research leading to new and/or improved solutions that have a global impact. You will first enjoy a 6-month assignment at your base location in EMEA region and rotate for the remaining 18 months to different Dow businesses and geographies around EMEA to work on 3 additional projects of 6 months each.
Qualification: Recent graduate with Ph.D. or post-Doc in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Materials Science or in a related field with less than 1 year of experience
