Talent Management & Learning

Provide consultation on employee development and leadership effectiveness and develop and implement learning resources across the company.

Payroll

Collect time and attendance information, apply local regulations and Dow pay practices, ensure on-time and accurate processing of earnings.

HR Partner Organization

Work together with the country/site leaders to provide support that enables leaders to effectively manage and deliver through their people at the local level.

Education background
A Master’s degree in human resources, industrial/organizational psychology, labor & industrial relations, organizational behavior/development, business administration.

Work experience
Less than one year working experience.

Passion for HR
Have demonstrated interest in HR through past internships in related areas.

Communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Language skills
Fluency in English and German/Dutch.

Exposure to different cultures
Eager to travel and adapt to diverse assignments across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
