Amandine Martz

Senior Product Manager

My name is Amandine. In my current role, I’m the Market Value Manager for the Packaging & Specialty Plastics business in Europe, Middle East, and Africa.

I joined Dow in June 2008 through the Commercial Development Program and in March 2009, became Account Manager for Plastics in France managing customers in various segments: food, pipe, rigid packaging. In August 2014, I was named Marketing Manager for the P&SP business and relocated to Dow Horgen. After a 3-year experience, I took on the role of Market Value Manager. In this role, I’m currently managing the price and volume tactics for the PE envelope aligned with the short to long-term value centers strategies. Recently I took on the role of Senior Product Manager,

I hold an MS in chemical engineering from ECPM (Ecole Européenne de Chimie, Polymères et Matériaux de Strasbourg) and an MBA from IAE Paris-La Sorbonne. What’s great about working at Dow is the possibility to evolve in a multinational, diverse and rewarding environment. Also, there are many developmental opportunities: you can choose to grow and become an expert in your chosen field or broaden your perspectives and develop your skills by changing functions and roles.

I value the Dow networks that enables you to get involved in meaningful causes, such as the Women’s Innovation Network, and helps you to build great connections within the company.
