Cristina Molinarelli

Senior Improvement Engineer

My name is Cristina. I’m a Chemical Engineer and graduated from the Politecnico di Milano in 2011. My first experience at Dow dates back to 2006 as an intern at the Dow Fombio site, working on the implementation of safety standards. Then in 2011, right after graduation, I was able to do a second internship for Dow Coating Materials at the Mozzanica Site, again working on a process safety improvement project. After a short stint at another company, I joined Dow definitively in 2014, as Run Plant Engineer at the Mozzanica Site, acting as a technical resource for Operations personnel, applying my technical skills within production management, optimizing plant operations, solving plant problems (technical or quality), as well as investigating root causes to prevent recurrence of unplanned events. Today, I’m also the focal point for the introduction and study of new products and process control coordinator helping in the resolution of control system issues and Improvement Engineer for the continuous improvement of the plant and projects implementation. My experience at Dow helps me in developing my technical and human skills based on the importance of teamwork, together striving for the same goals. Every challenge that you meet here permits you to grow.
